The shoulder straps do not stay in place once adjusted to my child’s height and the crotch strap is oddly short. The seat lacks adequate support and structure, so my child continually slides downward instead of sitting upright. This causes his legs to stick out past the sides of the stroller and forces his chin against his chest, which is uncomfortable and concerning, and leads to having often to readjust his position. I have never been able to unfold the stroller without help, and the buckle is a built in puzzle game that I did not sign up for. I gave one star for the fact that it does fold up somewhat easily although single handed foldability is a stretch. After meticulously researching travel strollers, I landed on this one because it had all the features I wanted and had decent reviews. However, when the items finally made it to us, it was defective straight out of the box. Any time any pressure was put on the stroller, it would collapse! It was so bad that we couldn’t even test it out with our toddler in it. Plus, overall, the stroller just felt low quality and like it was not very stable. \n\nShipping was also a nightmare. They use OnTrac which does not give accurate updates. There’s honestly no point having the tracking number because it will likely stress you out more than anything. Our order said it was stuck at the origin facility for over a week. It finally showed up a few days past the week mark. When I reached out to Ergo Baby, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone via phone.
