These LEM natural casings are pre-tubed so you can easily stuff them without tying knots or feeding the casings on the tube. To use the LEM Pre-Tubed Natural Hog Casings, first soak them in warm, clear water for at least one hour and flush, then put the tube over the stuffing tube, hold the casing, and pull out the straw. When properly salted and refrigerated, these pre-tubed casings will last for up to one year. From smoked sausage to franks and brats, LEM Pre-Tubed Natural Hog Casings make stuffing sausage easier than ever before.
