After purchasing the base dumbbell pair, Stage 1 (50 lbs), expansions are available for more weight, Stage 2 (70 lbs), and Stage 3 (90 lbs). All adjustable in 2.5 lb to 5 lb weight increments, for building strength while maintaining good form. Each stage has a compact design, to optimize your home gym’s space.
