Introducing the Strakes+, the latest evolution of our original Strakes design. Built for serious lifters, the Strakes+ delivers the same trusted stability and force transfer you expect—now with a new ABS heel. This durable, cost-effective material offers high performance and consistency under load, while the classic wood heel option remains available with the original Strakes.

*For sizing, we recommend adding 1/2 size to your typical cross trainer/running shoe.
