Just know that you must be able to remove the existing insoles in your shoes or have shoes that are 2 sizes bigger than your normal size. These insoles are thicker than you think! If you have fitted shoes, buy the heated socks instead. Over the years she has tried numerous products and hasn't had much success keepung her feet warm in winter. However, after her first day using these she was so surprised to find her feet stated warm. She absolutely loves them. We did have an issue with the double charger - one end stopped working (the connector inside got bent when she tried to insert it the wrong way).
