You would think they would make these to withstand the outdoor elements as these are a common shoe choice for athletes that compete and train OUTSIDE. The length of the sandal was fine but I had about a half of an inch of play all around my foot. When I took 2 steps to try them my foot slid forward so far my toes were hanging off. \nI wear a medium width tennis shoe normally so I do not understand why this was so wide.
