I was looking for a bag where I could non-obtrusively stash a small water bottle. So happy to find the Central Park sling. The pouch behind the outer buckle is a good fit for a 16 ounce bottle. It keeps the bottle upright and easily accessible. I don’t like putting a bottle in a regular purse where it might leak and gets jumbled up with other items. This sling is so nice looking and I actually put it over my shoulder like a purse. All the compartments are great and hold everything I need without the bag being overly large. I got myself the taupe twill, and loved it so much I ordered a steel grey and a smoke twill for siblings’ birthdays. Loved my grey one so much, I purchase one in black. I usually wear it in front. I attend a lot of estate sales and I appreciate the hands-free aspect, as well as the ability to wear it in front when in a crowded situation. I put my car fob, pen, and nail clippers in the small zippered front pocket, my wallet in the larger zippered pocket, my phone in the open slot behind the snap buckle, and the rest of my paraphernalia in the back zippered area. My phone is easy to grab from the open pocket and the snap buckle keeps it there when I bend over. The bag is comfortable, carries everything I need, and is my go-to handbag. I would try the larger version of the Central Park bag because of the water bottle holder(s), but I don't like the pouch they've attached to the strap. Have considered ordering one to see if it's possible to clip the stitching to remove the pouch, and may in the future....
