It was easy enough to install though I would suggest using an impact drill for the lag screws. It takes quite a bit of elbow grease to tighten them with a socket wrench. The directions were very simple and clear. I have the Century Oversized 100lb Heavy Bag and it holds it well. It does cause the arm to swing a bit when hitting from the side but so far that is not an issue. My only issue so far is the hook that the bag hangs on. It just has a screw with what looks like a rubber o ring to keep it from spinning off. After about 2 hours of aggressive bag use, the screw came off and the bag dropped. Luckily this is a minor thing and is easily fixed with some Loctite. I'm pretty sure the hook will snap before the screw would come off after doing that.\nI think the slightly more expensive but better fix would be to replace the hook with a mount hanger 360 bracket. You might need to drill another hole into the arm but they go for about $20 on Amazon. This would keep from putting all the weight on one screw and let the bag spin without the risk of it unscrewing. Overall it's a little overpriced for what it is unless you get a deal, but it works as expected after the quick fix mentioned above. That being said, I recommend this because everything else I've used in it's price range has just been terrible. If you want something decent under $100, this is it. If you can go a bit over $100, Everlast has a wall mount that will hold 150lbs with a bit better build quality for $130.
