I recently ordered the large and got it today. It came tightly rolled on a ~2.5 inch cardboard tube. At first, I was concerned it would have some memory and not role out flat but that was not an issue. It laid flat just fine. The product description indicates its \"thick\". I measured the thickness with my calipers and it's 3/32\" so dead middle between 1/16\" and 1/8\". I'm not sure I would call 3/32\" thick but I'm not a grill mat aficionado. It's very flexible with a vinyl/rubbery feel but seems durable....time will tell. The surface does have some light texturing and should be easy enough to clean. Some of the product pictures show the corners with a nice rounded radius. What I received has no radius. The corners are sharply cut at 90 degrees. Is it overpriced? Maybe. Difficult to say.
