I contacted the company to let them know, and let me just say this is probably the best, most professional customer service I have ever dealt with. Grant was amazing, they resolved the issue within 24 hours of my communication! Unfortunately we aren't able to review how wonderful the product is because we are waiting for it's arrival, but if the tubs, blankets, and other accessories we purchased are any indication of the quality, we can not wait!
