Better yet, all that food will fit on 3-layers of stainless steel grates that slide and lock into place for easier access to your grub than ever before. This grill is powered by our Alpha Connect 2.0 Controller, with just a few taps it will ignite a fire, reach your set temperature and maintain it throughout your BBQ session. It features two probe ports, a brighter, easier to read screen and a capacitive touchscreen interface that connects directly to your phone. You can set temperatures and timers, monitor probes and alarms and search for troubleshooting advice all from our smartphone app or the controller. When it comes to build-quality, the Silverbac 2.0 XL is everything you’ve come to expect from Grilla. Stainless steel where it matters most, double wall construction for all-season performance and a new built-in front shelf attachment. We also created a new grease management system that funnels your waste into an integrated chamber so it’s less messy and keeps pets and critters out of the grease. The upgraded hopper also holds 33lbs. of fuel, enough to smoke for more than 24-hours straight at 250. Finally, the Silverbac 2.0 XL still has all the exclusive features the Grilla Community knows and loves. You can still choose between PID mode for steady performance or increase smoke production with our exclusive Pro Smoke mode. It has our industry exclusive TempTamer technology, and we even added our new wood chunk burning heat deflector so you can crank up the smoke production even more.
