It was hot where I live so the water turned a little scummy. I cleaned the Pod with a recommended cleaner which did the job OK-ish but still left the Pod a little fragrant. In the meantime I placed an order to refill both my Pod Company stabilizer and cleaner and after cleaning, my Ice Pod smells like you could drink out of it. Maybe it seems like a gimmick and just another product but it cleaned my Ice Pod where others didn't.
