Fresh Regular sausage seasoning is a great blend for fresh sausage links or patties. Great for breakfast or anytime! A good all-around blend for many uses. Seasoning pack is enough to process 25lbs of meat. To make smaller quantities use 2 teaspoons seasoning per pound of ground meat.
This product is awesome! I make large batches for my church pancake breakfasts and always get rave reviews from a lot of folks. Great flavor, very easy to use, easy to follow instructions. I grind pork butt roasts to get the right fat content, mix in the spices and water and you’ll be eating pork sausage for breakfast in no time. This is the milder version of the product. There is also a spicier version which I recommend. I use LEM products exclusively to make sausage, summer sausage, ring bologna, meat sticks, and jerky and they all come out perfect. I mix them with pork and venison. Try them and you’ll never use anything else!
