To prepare, simply grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat, dissolve seasoning in water (substitute beer for water to make beer Brats), and mix thoroughly with meat until tacky. You can then stuff the mixture into casings or leave it in bulk to make patties. Grill, fry, or boil to your liking, and then refrigerate your finished product.
