I rinsed them thoroughly and soaked for over an hour. They were not easy to slide off onto the stuffing tube and wanted to stick to it even though I thoroughly wetted it first and kept casings wet. I won't be using these pretubed ones in the future. The only ruptures I had were where the casings wouldn't feed off the stuffing tube properly.
