Shirt met those needs, however it has a left handed zipper. Absolutely terrible, 5.11 should put this in the description. It may not be a deal breaker for everyone, but it is for me. The body from the chest down bunches up and makes you look like you’ve got something shoved underneath. Even after washing which I hoped would relax the fabric, it still poofs out. It’s also pretty long too.
