As it looks on the model (who seems to have normal leg length), you would suspect this. I'm in Alaska and use these quite bit for work, hunting, and coaching a ski team. They do nost everything you expect of an insulated bib ans keep you warm so long as you're moving. I've found they run a little cold for sedentary activities below ~10°F (even with long johns and sweats underneath) which is to be expected of almost any pants. Another drawback I found was that the Carhartt flexible kneepads get very stiff and cold against your legs in anything under ~20°F in these. Before purchasing, I was slightly concerned about the fit after reading reviews stating they ran long and tall. After one wash on warm and a dry cycle on hot, they shortened slightly and now fit perfectly.\n\nHighly recommended for extreme cold conditions.
