I have extremely wide feet(4E) and Dan Posts are the most comfortable boot I’ve ever tried. They are great out of the box and keep getting better. Extremely well made, fit great and comfortable. They look really nice with almost any outfit and you can tell they are a quality boot. Dan Post is one of the few makers that build a B last boot. Everyone does not wear a D, E, E+ width (last) boot/shoe. These are the lightest boots that I own, next to Cody James. I own pairs from Anderson Bean, Olathe, Cody James and Ariat and the Dan Posts are the ones I wear the most. My Olathes are 12. 5b, Anderson Bean and Dan Post are in 13b. The Olathe are much heavier than the Dan Posts but are extremely well made. I already own 5 pairs of Dan Post boots, all in the same size of 11D which is the size I ordered on this boot. I had to return the pair, and I re-ordered in the same size. I received the re-ordered pair which fit just fine, just like my other pairs. The fit, finish, color and quality are what I expected. I figured if Roy Rogers wore boots I wanted them, so I talked my dad in to getting some for me. Now at 82 my feelings have changed very little.\n\nThese Blackcherry Milwaukee boots just caught my eye a year ago, I finally decided it was time to get them. I think they are a stunning boot to look at, and great boot right out of the box. They will also take very little breaking in. I started to put a little wax on them and they just stand out the way I hoped they would. I have read these boots were a good starter boot, they are a lot better than that. Currently I have three pair of Dan Post Boots, the Milwaukee in Black and the Winston Lizard are the other two. I own 5 pairs of Dan Post boots, all in size 11 D. The new boots fit my left foot just fine like the other pairs that I own. I could not get my right foot into the right boot. I returned the boots to Dan Post and asked if they could send me another pair in the same size, and I am waiting on their response.
