I have 600s, and this is built on a different last than those boots. These are narrower overall, with a skinnier toe-box, more like dress-shoe/casual shoe fit. That's what I was looking for as I'm using these as my everyday winter shoe for work and they're perfect for that, and the profile feels less bulky than my 600s. \nLike other reviewers the back of my leg was sore after the first day I wore these because they don't pad the top of the boot - after a few days that was fine and I prefer the unpadded upper section as it reduces bulk and allows jeans or chinos to easily fall over the boot.\n\nFor reference, I wear an 11 in the 600s and for these I'm wearing a 10 1/2 because of the longer, narrower toe box of these boots and I'm wearing thinner everyday socks. They've been a staple of my winters for years. Comfy out of the box, light like sneakers and look good. The leather has held up, they have never leaked and the only think that has worn has been the tread on the hard NYC streets\n\nI was really pleased to see that they were \"Recraftable\" and that I could get the tread replaced. \nHOWEVER \nI got an email saying that the Vibram soles on the light brown model (speckled grey with black tread) is NOT available for recrafting and my options were All Back, All Cream or Buy a new pair. This was after I had gone to the trouble of shipping them cross-country. Really not cool and kind of a bait-and-switch on that service for these boots. I bought a shoe former to expand and that fixed the issue. I probably have deformed toes due to the training I had for many years that damaged my toes.
