Gobi was great in handling it all even sending the final coat rushed to me before I could send the one in my possession back. Now that I have the one that is comfortable I am unbelievably happy. The coat is heavier than than the average hoodie and as such does not even need the heat turned on in some weather, but when you need it the added extra heat is great. I am 70 years old and as such am more sensitive to cold. Many times I get chilled and my body just can't get my warmth back.
