As others have mentioned the shoulders are a bit awkward for some. The medium fit great on my shoulders but the sleeves were too long. The small had the perfect length sleeves but the shoulders were tight and I couldn't raise my arms. For reference I'm 5-10, 155 lbs. Tough, comfortable and worry free. I like a jacket that looks good, but that you don’t have to be precious about. The Burr ticks those boxes. Be aware that the waste length is a tad short. You can see it mentioned everywhere on the description, yet I wonder why they don’t just lengthen it a little there so it’s not resting right at your belt line. Yet, the sleeves are more than long enough.
