Seriously one of the most comfortable pair of pants you will wear! I have about 10 pairs of Radikls, you can dress them up and dress them down they are a super versatile pair of pants that you can wear in the heat of summer through a warmer winter day and the stretch panels are amazing especially if you have to be active. And I like that you introduced the Free Radikl for a slimmer look.
Now....all that being said Kuhl you changed something starting in 2019.. the fit just isn't the same. The fit became tighter in the thigh and in the crotch/rise. You did the right thing when you changed from the stretch around the pockets to the back yoke/waistband but what ever pattern change you made after that is NO BUENO!! PLEASE go back to the first pattern right after you made the stretch panel change. You had a perfect 10 pair of pants but you kind of ruined them and now that I know what they were they just aren't the same.
Excellent design, unbelievable mobility. Lightweight and comfortable. Can't speak to durability yet. Had a small defect with one of the pockets (it was sewn back onto itself) that my wife was able to fix, so all good.
I have been fitting in a men’s size 40 waist for years and I had to order a men’s 42 in order to fit. Other than that, they are built great and are incredibly comfortable just like at the other Kuhl pants I own
Truly amazing piece of gear, absolutely essential for any hiker or mountaineer. Expect these pants to fit perfectly and hold up extremely well, and dry extremely easily. The austere environments I have used these in and their current condition is a testament to the quality of the Kuhl brand. For those who are familiar with crye precision pants, these are essentially are a luxury upgraded version for use at any time. Rugged enough to bring on an op, but comfortable and stylish enough to kick back in the states with.
The stretch panels are perfect. Other brands that offer stretch panels seem to like the idea of making the pants out of military surplus tents. They are heavy, hot and are often 4 layers thick. The Radikl pant is genius that it's light and cool and offers those amazing stretch panels.
My favorite pant. I love the fabric weight for year round wear in Texas. Also I love design and fit. My biggest complaint is that my local store has only carried two colors for the last four years. My recent purchase was online and some of the new colors I hadn’t seen. I will be buying more of the new colors.
This pant is so comfortable and detailed, I was quite impressed when I first tried it on...I worked with Head Ski Wear for 28 years and Ive never seen anyone that constructed a garment the way we use to build our Ski Jackets/pants until now. I've now bought 7 of these pants for work..I am up and down in my office every day, and this pant looks neat all day...Forget about the price, this pant is worth every dime you spend for comfort and unwrinkled(unlike classic khaki's) appearance...Get the Classic fit, it fits over cowboy boots like a pant should.
I have been wearing these pants for years. They are comfortable, they look great, and they are extremely durable (even though they are light weight). I am 6'2" tall, 210 pounds, and the 36" x 34" fit like they were made for me.
Pants feel great, and they would receive a 5 star, but the button is SUPER loose fitting. Small amounts of pressure make them open up. In my opinion, they shouldn't be that way. If the top button of the pants was more solid and robust it would be 5/5.
These are the first pair of Kuhl pants and they are great! They fit well, are super comfortable. I wasn't sure if they would be a great as all the others reviewers indicated but I couldn't be happier. I bought them for hiking and camping but can see myself slipping them on more often than that. They ran true to size in the waist and length. I am 6'6" tall and need a true 36" length pant and these did it.
