These are the best fitting and best feeling shorts from everyday use to rugged trail use. The flex in the shorts is simply amazing. I love having the option on the length of the hem. I am replacing all of my 5.11 shorts with Kuhl.
These are comfy and stretchy for hiking and climbing and also work well style wise for casual everyday and have even worn them teaching a class. Definitely recommend, the fit is about the same as the pants version, just have to decide what length you want. I went with the mid range and was happy with the length but would also go longer if I bought another pair.
This is my second pair of the Radikl Shorts. I have been wearing them around NYC for several days in the hottest weather we have had all summer. They are comfortable and fit well. I can dress them down with tee shirts or dress them up with short sleeve shirts with patterns and colors. These Radikl Shorts stay Kühl and look Kühl.
Bought them because the back pockets are open. When they arrived and I tried them on, they were a little tight in the crotch. Washed and wore them and everything loosened up. Overall a good fit and very comfortable.
Great shorts. Well designed, well made, comfortable, quick drying and good looking., I have two pair and a pair of the long pants too. Lots of pros but one main con: The snap does not stay closed. This was not a problem at first. I like them so much they got used a lot. Only then did the problem occur. This is the same button Kuhl uses on many of its pants. It's really disappointing that they use a snap that does not hold up.
I bought a couple pair of the Radikl shorts to add to a couple pair of Silencer shorts. I found the Radikl shorts are too big in the legs for my build. The Silencer shorts are a better fit, so I am returning the Radikl shorts. I am a fan of Kuhl clothes, though. The pockets are handy; just wanted a slimmer fit for the legs.
I bought a few pairs 5 years ago. They look like they're 5 weeks ago so I bought a few more. They aren't the cheapest shorts out there but the stretch panels on the seams and the high quality material means they feel like running shorts and never wear out.
