I am 6' 5\", 235 lbs. with an athletic build . I have a 46-48 chest for dress shirts and sport coats, with a 36.5\" - 37\" sleeve and I have a 36\" inseam for Kuhl pants. The sleeve length is perfect standing up or sitting down. I think the reason for this is the perfect amount of flexibility/stretch in the material. The jacket length could be better, but I must say the double zipper option for a more \"fitted\" fit is awesome. Most jackets balloon out at the bottom, this does not because of this option. But if I have a bulky flannel with a sweater under it, I can use the other zipper option for a more comfortable fit. I really really really want to give this a 5, but length is holding me back. There are way more pros than cons for this and I am keeping the jacket, but that length issue needs to be looked at.
