Now have 3 pair of the Silencr Pants plus one of the silencr guide pants, extremely comfortable, stretch just enough, wrinkles come right out once you put them on, had a pair of similar material pants from another brand but they lacked the stealth cell phone pocket, once I found these I bought several pair (I probably have 12 pairs of kuhl pants overall, all because of the cell phone pocket, my hands down favorite feature)
These are not for men with large lower bodies but smaller waists. I usually wear a 34-35” waist full fit pant from Kuhl and items such as Rydr and Revolver are perfect and true full fit pants. These are what I would consider tapered or maybe even klassik because they get progressively tighter from seat to knee to ankle. The quality is top notch as always with Kuhl but these Silencers are like skinny pants.
I have mixed reviews on the snap closure. I have several Kuhl pants with the same "open" snap. some hold strong and others pop open too easily. This last pair i am going to pay to have the snap replaced.
The pants are made of nice material and having 2 proper cell phone pockets that are not visible from the front is how all pants should be made in my opinion. But I bought a size larger than normal, and these are "full" fit. They are WAY to tight and I would hate to think how the Klassik or Tapered would fit. Please start using the standardized sizing that the rest of the clothing world does.
Awesome pants.Fit well.Cut an trimmed excellent. As a professional love the side pockets.Great for Smart Phone I live off of an very comfortable. Between casual and a bit above. Great with a nice golf shirt or casual dress shirt.Awesome
From the first Kuhl Pants I bought years ago, till present day. Most comfortable and attractive pants in my wardrobe. I am retired, a Veteran, and a Grandfather. Yet these pant, being lightweight yet durable and great fitting, help me feel younger. And the unique left & right side leg pockets on the Silencer Pants are perfect for a Cell Phone and whatever too. Love the pants!
I ordered 5 pair of the Silencer pants to be worn as part of my uniform. They look professional while being very functional and comfortable. I was expecting there to be a bit of stretch in the waist which there is NOT but there is flex in the rest of the pant giving them great range of motion. They seem to be good quality that is expected of Kühl, time will tell as I’ve only owned this style for 2 weeks.
I have well over 15 pair of Kuhl pants, and have always been very happy with the way they fit, from the ryders, to the new flex and soft shell styles, and have always worn a 32x36, but the silencer is simply too small, and in my opinion absolutely not a “full” fit as advertised, I hate this era of men wearing skinny pants like women, plus I have thick muscular legs so the fit of the silencer is def not for me. Very disappointed was really loving the material and was hoping they would fit more like the “Prana- stretch Zion”
I’ve had two pair of these for a year and just got another pair. Lots of handy pockets but what I really like is the feel and durability of the material. Lightweight with a bit of stretch makes them comfortable to move around in. Water repellent but not water proof. Casual enough for a hike and nice enough for joining friends for dinner.
These are my favorite Kuhl pants( 10 pairs). I really appreciate them for comfort, stretch, style and most importantly the stealth phone pockets. Not a cargo / bulky pocket fan and this feature push these pants over the top for me.
No for a more executive professional office environment other than maybe a Jeans Friday.
