I sent the brand new pair back and the ones that had very poor workmanship back, with sticker for sending back to company, cost me about 15 dollars to send back. That was maybe 6 weeks ago, asked for my money back. I'm out a hundred dollars. I haven't heard a word from them. When temps were -15 to 10 degrees and 20 to 40 winds, working with cold steel. Put a hand warmer in the zipper pocket, my fingers stayed warm the entire day.
