I am 6’6” 225lbs and muscular build, 35 inch waist, 36-38 inseam. I got the large. I am right in the middle of the size.\nThe material is what I have been looking for underwear to be made from for years. They are exactly the feel I have been wanting.\nNow what I am about to say is TMI for some but it is needed when buying underwear for big guys. I had testicular cancer, I only have one between my legs, it is the size of a lemon. My one is bigger than most guys pair. My pole varies with temperature, from inside me at -20 to over 8 flaccid on a very warm day. When I am excited I am over 10 inches. \nHere is my problem.\nI have transitioned from hip carry to fully concealed for my off-duty weapon. I use a holster that hangs below the belt on my left side. My pistol has displaced my gun that for over 30 years has run down my left leg. It must go down the left leg as I have my right testicle so he must hang to the left where I anm missing my nut. I must carry on the left in order to draw right handed.\nThere is not room in the pouch for both my scrotum and penis. I wear my penis in the fly opening where he escapes and runs down my right leg.\nIn the past I have been wearing boxers and getting crushed or thongs and wrapping my meat over my scrotum back to the strap that goes up my crack. When I ride my horse I must wear one of the thongs that puts my junk on display right in front, not good in my roping saddle or go to hip carry and wear boxers but stuff flops around. It is better to wear a very tight thong and run him up to my left front pocket area.\nI was hopeful these shorts would solve an issue I have been dealing with for a very long time. These shorts handle my problem better than most all other underwear. I am not going to lie, I am disappointed. \nFit:\nWaist correct\nHips…tight but see above for why.\nLegs, I had to cut them to get my legs in.
