The hat in-of itself is a high quality thing. The customer service is great. For all the talk of measuring and size increments though, the marked sizes bear no relation to actual sizes. As in, not even kinda. (Average size head). The hats are extremely small. The cheapest WalMart stocking cap would be more effective at keeping your ears warm. Of course, a stocking cap wouldn’t be nearly the fashion statement of a $60.00 Stormy Kromer cap.
