I haven’t received any communication back about what is going to happen. It has almost been a full year my handle snapped off I’m trying to see if I can get a new one because I haven’t had it that long and I haven’t gotten any word back. I am getting frustrated because I used this box a lot to haul all of my batteries. I work HVAC and this box is really nice to have. But I haven’t had it for over a year and I’m just getting very frustrated.
