It's simple and easy to put on plus it almost feels as if it's not there. The safety strap I received has a defect and I'm not sure if every one is the same. The bite latch causes the the strap to fray because the ends are square. After one use, the strap is chewed up and it's aggravating for the amount of money I paid for this harness.
