As a parent of a child with autism I couldn't be anymore pleased with the design of these cleats! The fact that there are no laces make it so much easier for him to put them on himself, which gives him independence while getting ready for practice! The elastic around the ankle is perfect support and allows his shin guards to fit comfortably. He is able to move easier allowing more movement with its stretch! The sleek design is very interesting and stylish! He even received a few compliments which he was very excited about! He feels these are better than his previous cleats so I am definitely going to make Nike the priority brand for future cleats or sportswear. \n\nThe sleek design and feel of the cleats is perfect, his team colors are black, red and white and the all black cleats are made to suit the uniform. He's a very picky kid who does't wear a lot of bright colors. His excitement to have these be a part of his uniform now works perfectly. \n\nThe material these cleats are made with provide perfect breathability and comfort. I know he's usually very active on or off the field and he has a lot of love for how these work for him. He is loving them so far. \n\nI like the most that they are high top cleats. I'm always most concerned for the ankles even on my own sneakers so knowing my kid has some that will keep him safe is all the best quality I could find for him. I would want more assortment of colors. I got lucky with the plain black but I know eventually a little mix of colors would be beneficial. These jr superfly cleats are great he said. He likes the ankle support, they aren’t tight either so he’s able to slide them in and out easily even with no laces but still feels snug when he’s running. I definitely would recommend these to anyone looking at cleats. It made getting the cleats relatively quick while still providing a secure fit. The mid rise worked well to offer support for the foot and ankle, and keep the cleats secure during usage. No laces means no shoes coming untied and a quicker experience getting ready. All positives. \n\nPerformance wise, the cleats were light weight and offered a great feel for the ball. My son commented on how well he could feel contact and he felt it helped with ball control. The cleat pattern was pretty standard and provided solid traction and sure footing. \n\nOne downside to the light weight, was that kicks from opposing players were felt more by the wearer. The thin materials were durable and stood up to the abuse, but didn’t offer a great deal of resistance. Ideally, there would be a better middle ground that still offers the light weight performance and feel while giving a little more cushion from steps and kicks. \n\nThe styling was a hit. The integrated “Air” branding on the back heel was appreciated and the sleek styling was great for some more conservative tastes. There is a good opportunity to solder color variations on the upper materials that could make the cleats even more attractive to a wider audience. \n\nOverall, the cleats performed well, looked good, and felt good on foot.
