It is the perfect length for my height (both at 6'2\") and is relatively lightweight, strong and has the optimum med/heavy action and parabolic curve to put max pressure on 50-to-100 lb tuna. Will probably match it up with a single speed Avet JX lever drag reel loaded with 50-lb braid and give it a shot before the season ends in a few weeks.
