For a smooth feel, while still staying at a solid price-point, the PENN Pursuit IV Combo features HT-100(TM) drag and a four-sealed stainless steel bearing system for easy reeling. Plue, this saltwater spinning rod features PEN dura-guides to prevent tangling when casting as well as comfortable EVA grips for all-day fishing.
