The cylinder that dispenses powder gets stuck and it needs to be reset every couple of dispenses. I called about getting help to repair or replace it and no help was offered. Took forever but i knew i was weighing out the powder to exactly the right grains. I don't load to a benchrest level of precision, and this machine is easier than scoop/dip to a beam scale followed by trickling. I used lots of beam scales in my youth and did not look forward to using them again when I started reloading. This machine fits the bill well.\n\nOriginally I bought the Chargemaster Link earlier this year and only recently went to set it up and begin using it. No matter how thorough I was, the device would not stabilize at the end of the calibration process. I called RCBS customer service and got some suggestions to try, mostly about possible radio frequency interference and possible static issues. I tried all the suggestions and it still would not calibrate. I exchanged it a couple of days ago at my local Scheels and the replacement item works perfectly. It was set up and calibrated in about 5 minutes (after waiting for warmup). The first test loads I've shot were good on SD and ES, plenty sufficient for my needs.
