It should not take 10-12 days from the time I order them online till they finally arrive... when I want them it should not take so long to get them.\r\n\r\n2. Sometimes there are fragment strands almost like string spider webbing from side to side inside the bone that hurt the dog's tongue as he tries to get at the filling. I eventually have to use a Serrated Fillet Knife to break the web and loosen the filling up.\r\n\r\n3. I wish there was some universal size to the inside diameter of these bones... sometimes they are so big my dog is able to get everything out completely within 10 mins. Other times the diameter is so small I have to scrape and plunge the filling out with kitchen utensils or fillet knife after the 2nd day.
