I bought one and used it one year. The next year i hunted out of it for a few days and moved it. Sit in it several more times and when I took it down to pack up my buddy noticed it was broke where the square tubing bolts to the platform. I would not rate this stand for 300lbs. I don't weigh but 147 wet, and it's a wonder I didn't get hurt using it. Manufacturer pretty much laughed at me when I asked them to warranty it. I did some internet searching, and found that Scheels carried the Rivers Edge stand for $139 with free shipping, so ordered one. Received the stand really fast. Once I unpacked and assembled the few parts, I strapped it to a power pole in my yard. I was quickly please with the sturdy platform.
