He opened the box that came with the pistol and discussed all of the components as well as the literature in terms of the user manual and how to register the firearm with the manufacturer. My time spent with the sales rep was very positive, and helped affirm my decision to purchase this firearm.\nThe pistol itself was exceptionally high quality. I loved the fact that it came with 4 separate hand grip inserts so that it provided a custom-fit for my hand. The textured polymer grip also provided great confidence in handling the pistol. I also feel that the S&W design team has produced a modern pistol that also just looks great from an aesthetic standpoint. The balance, quality and features (like the compensator port and accessory rail) make this S&W M&P 2.0 just a highly desirable firearm.\nOnce I decided to purchase the pistol, I handed over my drivers license for verification and was provided with a laptop to enter answers to several pages of background queries.
