Simple fix but I wasn't impressed that why it got a 4 star. \n\nI have only used it to open mail and small things, when i get back to work I will update it to see how it likes the abuse of construction\n\nThe clip is hard on pants pockets unless I put my finger nail under the clip and pull out Its very tight. No issues, well...other than an EXTREMELY rare non-locking extension or retraction, (>1%) where it doesn't fully \"open\" or \"close\". Which is a simple \"fix\", by pulling the blade CAREFULLY to fully extend(opened) and manually lock and try again. Which could possibly be an operater error in not fully engaging the switch or poor cleaning maintenance not allowing it to operate smoothly. Other than that and a little wear and tear on the coating I love it!
