{"reviews":[{"id":8716292,"locale":"en_US","rating":3,"title":"Online orders need proof of address","text":"So glad there is a store like Scheels. \nSuggestion: please make sure people know when they come into the store after an online purchase that they need proof of address (CSU Colorado Springs Utility Bill) and if they are not with CSU then they need another form of proof of address. I came into the store, was not able to do a background check because my utility bill in Teller county was not accepted as proof of address even though all the information was there. I drove an hour to Scheels and an hour back home without accomplishing filling out the background check form. I now need to do the trip again and hope that I can move forward with buying the gun I ordered. Please communicate to people.
