Always been good and rated well in past. Within first month, the first one locked up. Quit working totally. Took to ACE hardware and took them months to repair. Then second one was bought month later before first had issues and it broke down within two months. That was July and just got it back from ACE last weekend. They had it 4 months trying to repair it, longer than I owned it. No more of these. Something in the newer models does not work as well as older ones. The hardware store in Wichita Falls TX should loose their affiliation with you all.
