To date, I've taken two deer and one turkey with it. I absolutely fell in love with it! Additionally, I took a youth out on a youth only deer hunt and he took his first ever buck (9-point) with it. It is highly accurate with the TenPoint crossbow bolts and extremely fast and hard-hitting. I also like the easy-to-use loading/unloading features it has which make things a snap. Being an avid compound bow hunter for over 48 years, I was reluctant to use a crossbow in the past. Simply shoot an arrow at set yardage, then scroll with sight up and down or left and right with buttons on scope over arrow you just shot. Next shot will almost always be right on target. Makes shooting easy after that. Just push range finding button you can set up anywhere ( mine is right in front of trigger), aim, and fire. This is my 3rd TenPoint crossbow and me or my kids have never been let down.
