I contacted their customer service to figure out what their warranty policy was because the rubber strips on my two year old chairs were warping, cracking, and falling off. This left the rivets sticking out and exposed. There is no warranty policy on their website and the rep wanted me to spend $28 plus $13 in shipping to get replacements for the two chairs.
