I made sure it was compatible with the Woodridge before I bought it, but when I tried pairing, it wouldn’t pair. I contacted Traeger at least 10 times and my case even got forwarded to the “Traeger Escalations Team”. They are currently sending a replacement so we’ll see if the new one works. Will not connect to grill through Bluetooth. According to customer service this is a known software issue for which they currently working on an update . The reason for the one star rating is the unit as it is currently, is nothing more than a glorified battery tester. Having said that, Traegers customer service gets a five star rating. Either a probe is faulty, a dock is faulty, or both. And since there is no way conveniently verify what the problem is, you can either spend an hour troubleshooting instead of starting your cook, or move on to the wired probe and stop wasting your time. Maybe it’s just my luck.
