Back in 2022 I bought a new premium grill cover from Weber and had to replace it because the Velcro would not hold. A replacement was provided last year for the same problem and as of today the Velcro is not holding again. I called Weber and asked to cover the defective replacement cover but now they are telling the Velcro is not part of the warranty. The information on this part says it’s made of durable material but now they are excluding the Velcro. Weber should be embarrassed not only by the quality but how terrible it fits. This cover is nowhere near as thick as their previous covers. This cover is thin as could be and constantly blows off the grill no matter how tight the Velcro is. It fits like an oversized fat lady dress on a stick figure. I got about 4 years out of my first one, fully exposed in the Florida sun. It was time for a replacement and the third party universal covers are cheaply made and don't fit correctly. Customer Service said the new cover would fit my E-310 grill. It does but was apparently designed for a grill that is slightly taller and/or wider.
