Spent over 300 dollars with the 1- day shipping. Their system didn't recognize my address in guessing. They made an address correction and shipped it without verifying with me. It arrived somewhere. FedEx delivered to the address they put in so they won't fix it. Gobi customer service blames fed ex. I'm out all the money I had for her gift and they refused to send me a coat. They will reimburse. And said I can order again. I will get my money back sometime after the holiday/ birthday. Worst service ever. Do not buy from these people. I LOVE IT!! It hits right about mid thigh (I’m 5’4”) and the medium is fantastic for laying underneath. I weigh 135 and avg B cup so if you have large breasts you might size up. It’s waterproof and zero wind gets through it. It’s stood up to construction with a hi viz over it. Highly recommend!! My only caveat is the batteries, mine are two years old now and take FOREVER to charge up but they last a very long time.
