I just have to say that it was the smartest purchase I have ever made. I wear them mainly for football tailgating and stadium wear in very cold and snowy weather. They are warm, not big clumsy boots, and the traction is perfect. I had a tendency to slip and fall prior to wearing these (old and not as steady as I used to be). For the frigid cold weather in Buffalo NY, in a non domed stadium, they are the boot to have. I just took them out of the closet for a hike today in the rain with my dog, my feet started to feel wet after a mile or so. I thought maybe I’m wrong and my feet are just chilled. . took them off and went out again later in the day when the sun came out and sure enough the foot bed was soaked.
