On day three I noticed some spots on the front of the jacket that resembled a liquid that had dripped on it. The problem was I had not spilled anything on the coat. I tried to use spot removers on vacation but spots wouldn't budget. When I got home I googled every solution and tried every suggestion I could find. Nothing worked. Spots were still there and were very noticeable. I read the reviews and saw another person complain about a coffee stain they couldn't remove. I figured it was a lost cause. As a last resort, I took the coat to a dry cleaner. $25 later and they managed to get the spots out. I am writing this because I imagine others have or will have the same issue. The only thing I can think of that caused the spots was dripping from trees or something on branches hitting the coat. Regardless, reading the description of this jacket and its intended use, it should not stain like this and should be easy to clean. Just a warning to anyone looking at this jacket for frequent use outdoors. No one wants to constantly dry clean a jacket. I love the feel, weight and color of the coat, but I do not recommend because it lacks durability. The jacket is feather light and beautifully made. I like that it accentuates my curves, and oh, is it so so soft. I have not used it yet since it's summer, but I can't wait to bring it on my European vacation this fall. That will be the real test. This was the first time I have ordered from Scheel and I could not be happier. Not only was the price right, but shipping was super fast. I will definitely order from Scheel again. I live in southwestern Michigan. First off, it’s super cute and comfortable. I sized up from a small to a medium so I could add a warmer layer underneath on colder days. I’m 5”6, 120 lbs. I love the fit and color (light green?) I’ve worn it when it’s 45 degrees out with a warmer layer and been completely comfortable with the temperature which was shocking to me as I run cold. I LOVE this jacket and highly recommend it! It’s light weight so when I took it on a trip to Arizona in March it was perfect on the plane and then the cool dessert nights. I’ve not experienced it in more than a drizzle but no water got through.
