Order your size.","text":"Site says that the hood adjusts. It does not. No strings, no way to adjust it. The fur can be removed. That's it. Order your size. I'm a small to medium, but tall. I read these run \"huge\". They don't. I ordered the small and need a medium for shoulders and arms. \n\nI have seen video of this parka (circa 2023) with someone adjusting the hood so they seem to have made them this way at one time. My present north face adjusts and it's a great coat. I wanted this one for the waterproof shell. I had to purchase a new, larger coat because...well, 10 years. Anyway, and I hate having to say this, I was disappointed in the coat that arrived. The material itself does not feel as high quality; the zipper is plastic instead of metal - which for a coat like this is not great; and the drawstring that cinches the waist of the coat exits the pockets with no apparent place to be tucked in. Meaning, my thumbs get caught in the loops at the end of the drawstrings in the pockets. All in all, it just feels pretty inferior in quality to the previous version of the coat.
