The company gives you recommendations for additional items for your wagon. We chose the recommended items. This being one of them. Little did we know the item being suggested was not for the exact model we purchased which was the W2. We ended up with pieces for the W4. I called to let them know we would like to swap out the wrong item for the correct item. We were told we would have to return the item and then pay full price for the correct item. I am extrememly disappointed in this company and will make it my mission to tell people around me not to purchase a wagon from this company until my issue is resolved correctly like any other company would do. I spoke with friends who have the Veer who had a similiar issue and it was a case of an easy swap.
