SHIPPING RATE EXCEPTIONS

Ammunition Shipping: A flat rate of $9.99 per 10-box increment will be applied to your ammunition order. This fee is in place of our standard shipping charges.
- For Example:
  - 1—10 boxes = $9.99
  - 11—20 boxes = $19.98
  - 21—30 boxes = $29.97, and so on.
  - Ammunition cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box; a physical address is required.
Powder & Primer Hazardous Materials Fee: Shipping hazmat fee is charged at $22.99. Powder & Primers cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box; a physical address must be provided.
Powder and Primer Shipping: Shipping is charged at $9.99 per 8 pound increments, rounding up for partial quantities, will be applied to your powder and/or primer order. This fee is in place of our standard shipping charges, and is in addition to the Hazardous Materials (HazMat) fee above.
- For Example:
  - 1—8 Pounds = $9.99
  - 9—16 Pounds = $19.98
  - 17—24 Pounds = $29.97, and so on.
  - Powders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box; a physical address is required.
Firearm Surcharge: Select firearms can be shipped to your local SCHEELS store for a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee.
Additional Shipping Surcharges: Some large or oversized products may incur an additional shipping fee. This surcharge is calculated based on the item's size and weight and may include, but is not limited to:
- Basketball hoops, grills, ice shelters, fishing rods, large exercise equipment, etc

Route Shipping Protection: Route shipping protection can be added to your order to cover common shipping issues such as lost or stolen packages and damaged items. The premium is based on the order total. This is optional and can be removed by the customer at checkout. Route is not available for Store Pickup or Same Day Delivery orders.

DELIVERY METHODS

Store Pickup: Most orders will be ready in just one hour. We'll send you a text and email as soon as your items are ready for pickup. When you arrive, please bring your pickup barcode, which can be found in your pickup-ready text message, email, or order tracking. A valid photo ID is required to pick up firearms, ammunition, and other age-restricted items. Pickup orders are held for 10 days before being refunded and returned to the sales floor.
Shipping: Your order will ship to the address provided, as long as it’s complete and compliant with all applicable laws. We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking information here.
- Please check your tracking for the most up-to-date delivery estimate.
- Please note that some LTL and firearm shipments may not receive a tracking number.
- Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Same Day Delivery: Get select in-stock items delivered from your local SCHEELS store the same day, through our delivery partner DoorDash. Available at participating stores for delivery addresses within 20 miles of the store.
- Cost: A flat $14.99 delivery fee per order. This fee is in addition to any other shipping charges on your order. Orders containing both Same Day Delivery items and shipped items will be charged $14.99 plus the applicable Standard, Expedited, or Express rate for the shipped portion.
- Cutoff times: Order cutoff time is based on your local store's closing hours. Your available delivery window will be shown at checkout. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the following day.
- Eligibility: Not all items are available for Same Day Delivery. Eligible items will be marked on the product page and in your cart, based on availability at your selected store.
- Orders over $500: For your security, orders totaling more than $500 require a delivery PIN. You'll receive your PIN with your order confirmation and will need to provide it to the driver at the time of delivery.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards
- E-gift card: Sent to the recipient’s email immediately or on the scheduled send date.
- Mail gift card: Sent via standard USPS mail; please allow 5-10 days for delivery. A tracking number will not be provided.

SHIPPING TRANSIT & DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

Expedited and Express orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Not all items are eligible for Expedited or Express shipping methods.
Same Day Delivery is fulfilled from local store inventory and delivered by DoorDash. It is available only at participating stores and only for addresses within 20 miles of the store. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Free standard shipping on orders $75 or more applies to Standard shipping only and does not apply to Same Day Delivery, Expedited, Express, or Alaska & Hawaii shipping.
Oversized (LTL) items are delivered by LTL freight carriers.
Scheels+ Partner: May require additional processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery window will be available in cart.
Ground Ship Only: Certain items, including hazardous, flammable, and oversized products, as well as items that ship directly from a vendor, require standard ground shipping.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO orders will ship via USPS or UPS SurePost. Expedited and Express shipping are not available for these addresses.

Ammunition, firearms, and other restricted products are subject to federal, state, and local laws. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your area. All ammunition purchases require age and address verification.
